Through combined efforts, SoCal Ride for Parkinson’s has been recognized for the second time as a Team Fox MVP. The award is given to those Team Fox Members that raise a significant amount of money for research to find a cure for Parkinson’s.
Our representative this year was Marty Furman and his wife, Judy. Last summer Marty rode ‘virtually’ across the United States from our ride, SoCal Ride for Parkinson’s in Southern California to the New England ride for Parkinson’s in Old Orchard, Maine.
Marty paid for his own trip because SoCal Ride for Parkinson’s believes very strongly that ALL money raised for the event goes to Parkinson’s research.
